Task force to study how to execute order to combat algal blooms
Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission established a task force to review how to best execute the order to require farmers to keep plans on how fields are fertilized.
Governor John Kasich's executive order aims to reduce nutrient levels, or phosphorous levels, in Lake Erie which contribute to green algae that can lead to tainted drinking water.
