Saskatchewan drainage consultations to continue for awhile yet

Another 18 months might be needed to explore how best to mitigate agricultural drainage in Saskatchewan, former agriculture minister Lyle Stewart figures. While consultations continue, a Water Security Agency presentation made in Regina suggested farmers and landowners could remain at odds with one another.
