Iowa counties deny lawsuit's pollution claims

Tile drainage control box grants available

Ontario's Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) has added tile drainage control boxes to its Healthy Waters Grant Program. Farmers in the Nottawasaga Valley watershed can access a 60 per cent grant – up to $2,000 per box – to upgrade their existing tile drainage. >> Read full article

In 2005, Murray and Wilma Scott approached the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority with a common drainage issue. With hard work, they resolved the issue for good and were awarded the Ontario Minister’s Award for Environmental Excellence for their efforts.
