Study to resolve drainage issue proposed in Manitoba

Town council is looking to conduct an independent study to resolve drainage and water management issues in the rural municipality of Wallace-Woodworth in Manitoba, Canada. 

Managing the flow of overland flooding is a hot issue in the rural municipality where crop land, cattle yards, buildings and municipal roads have been damaged or rendered useless by overland flooding of recent years.
