Spell Capital acquires plastic drain tile maker

 

GAF, with facilities in Wisconsin and Iowa, primarily manufactures and markets plastic drain tile, fittings and pipe accessories. The majority of GAF’s products are sold to farmers and contractors serving the agricultural drainage and commercial tubing markets.

Steve Jones, Spell Capital managing director, told Plastics News in a telephone interview that the company intends to grow the current GAF facilities in Wisconsin and Iowa.
