Manitoba reeve reacts to tile drain template

Reeve Ralph Groening welcomes a new tile drain template created by The Red River Basin Commission that the municipal council can use to deal with tile drainage requests in the town of Morris, MB.

Groening noted tile drainage interest is fairly recent but is growing. He notes about seven or eight applications have been approved in the last two years.
