Backlash over changing runoff rules in Ohio
The Ohio Department of Agriculture proposed new rules that would remove the current restriction on manure application between Dec. 15 and March 1 and instead replace the restriction with circumstantial restrictions.
The Grand Lake St. Marys Lake Improvement Association encouraged the public to voice opposition to the rule change as it currently stands and voiced their own disapproval on changing a rule that has worked to reduce nutrient runoff. | READ MORE
