Illinois’ nutrient reduction rates still aren’t enough

In spite of the progress that has been made to reduce nutrient losses in Illinois’ rivers and streams, work still needs to be done to meet the goals set by the Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy (NLRS). The Illinois Sustainable Agriculture Partnership believes that reduction rates aren’t enough to meet NLRS’ 2025 goals.
