Finding balance between agricultural drainage and wetland preservation in Saskatchewan

Accommodating both agricultural drainage and the environmental benefits of preserving wetlands is a complex balancing act, which has many involved Saskatchewan groups saying there is no simple solution in sight.
At the Agricultural Drainage and the Environment Conference held in Regina, SK, on Nov. 6, 2019, director of the Citizens Environmental Alliance spoke to the importance of sparking conversations between both sides on how they could work together to find a solution.
