Kent Rodelius, ag market relationship manager for Prinsco, has been named president of the Agricultural Drainage Management Coalition.
The representative of Prinsco on the ADMC board since 2007 was one of several officers elected to the board at its annual meeting in Minneapolis, Minn. in November. ADMC is an industry-led coalition that works with the USDA, drainage researchers, and conservation organizations to develop innovative tools to improve environmental outcomes while enhancing agricultural productivity.
“The work we do at ADMC, in partnership with ag producers and the environmental community, is critical to the future of water quality, wildlife habitat and increased yields,” Rodelius said. “I am honoured to be a part of it.”
Outgoing president Charlie Schafer, president of Agri Drain Corp., has become chairman of the board for ADMC.
Others elected to the board included Mike Hagen, Advanced Drainage Systems, first vice-president; Craig Douglas, Fratco Inc., second vice-president; Scott Azbell, Trimble Agriculture, secretary; and Steve Baker, Springfield Plastics, Inc., treasurer.
