$10 million in grants available for Pennsylvania farmers for farm sustainability

Pennsylvania’s Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding announced the availability of $10 million in tax credits to Pennsylvania farmers for measures to improve soil and water quality.
Tax credits are available through the Resource Enhancement and Protection Program (REAP), which is a program that pays 50 to 75 percent of the project’s eligible out-of-pocket cost. The tax credit program is for agricultural producers who implement best management practices or purchase equipment that reduces nutrient and sediment runoff, enhancing soil and improving the quality of Pennsylvania’s waterways. | READ MORE
